Training the employees for a project
Our employees are provided adequate training before they commence work on a live project.
Our training procedure for a project is as follows:
- Communication with the client via email or chat to understand the exact requirements of the project
- Preparation of the training document which include all details of the project
- Selection of the suitable employees for the project
- Imparting training to the selected employees
- Conducting a session to test the overall understanding of the selected employees about the project
- Getting a test work done by the trained employees
- Conducting a Live run of the project under close supervision of the project managers
- Permitting the successful employees to execute the live run of the project and submission of the same to the QA department
