- Mr. M J Singh has been associated with Hi-Tech as Senior Corporate Consultant since February 2008.
- His primary focus is to advise the top management on corporate planning, strategic management, HR/Administration and Management Development endeavors.
- Mr. Singh has over 36 years of extensive senior/top management experience serving reputed companies in India and the UK. Though his core area has been Human Resources Management, he also possesses expertise in other areas such as, strategic management, project management, and training and development. He had also taught at management institutions and had been involved in community development programs.
- Mr. M J Singh holds an MBA and has a degree in Law.

- Mr. Hitesh Mistry has been with the company since its inception in 1992.
- He has rich experience in the world of business process outsourcing, which includes various industry horizontals such as Data Processing, Customer Support & Marketing, Administration and Human Resources. He advises all levels of management on operational efficiency and related strategic issues.
- Mr. Mistry holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University.

- Ms. Sangeeta Mehta is representing Hi-Tech Outsourcing Services in the US. She is actively involved in Business Development and Strategy Management. She provides her valued support to the company by meeting the clients personally in the US and understanding their requirements. This further facilitates and smoothens the entire Sales and Operational cycle in the company.
- Ms. Sangeeta brings experience of 10 years with her to the company and is creatively applying all her skills and strengths to enhance our services to achieve client satisfaction. She is also having profound knowledge of different software and programming languages. This helps her in understanding projects and client requirements in detail and she can well communicate the same to our production centers in India.

- Mr. Naresh Dhingra – well known as “The Target Tracker” in the company, is heading the Business Development Cell. His role is to generate opportunities and capitalize the same. He is the Front Face of the company for all the clients visiting Hi-Tech and is playing a vital role during the finalization of business deals. His 16 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Business Development has enabled the company to enjoy continual growth over the years.
- Mr. Dhingra is also a very active member of all the cultural activities organized by the company. A creative organizer and an active participant brings different cultural activities to the company, helping the employees to feel stress free and motivated from their busy working schedules.
- He is a graduate in the Faculty of Science with Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

Umangi Fadia

- Ms. Umangi Fadia has been associated with Hi-Tech since 2006 and is responsible for the planning, execution and operations of initiatives and endeavors of Hi-Tech’s Bookkeeping division. She has time-honored track record in daily communication with ongoing clients as well as liaison with Marketing Division and communication with prospective clients for business development.
- She has a thorough knowledge of the accountancy and taxation requirements along with extensive industrial awareness for US and India as well as other countries. She manages the team regarding all the accounting issues as well as providing training. Since her joining as Manager, the Bookkeeping Division has grown to over 200% of the size in a short span of 2 years.
- Before joining Hi-Tech, Ms. Fadia has over 7 years of experience in the field of accountancy in various industries, like Accounting Firms, NGO as well as an Offshore Restaurant Chain.
- Ms. Fadia holds the Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Gujarat University. She has also materialized the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) course from USA.
