Receiving Internal as well as External time sheets from the client, Reconciling the External Time Sheets with the records as per the payroll software, Entering them into QuickBooks, Entering Internal Time Sheets into QuickBooks, Calculating Tax to be deducted from each pay slip, Sending the pay slips to the individual employees via email, Calculating the Super annuation amount to be deducted from each employee and preparing a monthly report to show the amount payable to separate Super Annuation Funds where the employee is a member, Sending a report to the client mentioning the exact amount to be paid each pay period to the employees as well as the amount to be paid for Super Annuation
